After you have booked, we strongly recommend you consider trip insurance covering such things as trip cancellation, trip interruption, trip delays and missed connections. Though these occurrences are rare, they can happen and with insurance you will have peace of mind as well as financial protection.

Browse our Web Site and select a package or packages that interest you. Then email us with your preferences and any questions you have about the packages or otherwise. We will check availabilities and respond to your questions until such time you are ready to confirm a booking and make payment. PACKAGE PRICES
All prices shown on the Impulse web site, and specifically quoted when requested, are in US dollars and current at the time of publication or quotation. Due to daily fluctuations in international currency exchange rates between US and Fiji Dollars these may vary slightly at actual booking/deposit time or at the time of settlement of progressive or final payments.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT SCHEDULES
Land-only bookings
Our payment schedules and amounts are based on policies of resorts and other suppliers with respect to deposits and final payments. This information can be provided for you when your selection of resorts has been finalized.
Air-inclusive bookings
For Air Pacific special fares used by Impulse Fiji, the air fare component of your package is required by the airline within 3-4 days of confirmation.
For the land portion of your trip please refer to the section above.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Bank or Cashiers check
Mail or courier bank check to our US office, advising us by email the date sent and amount. We will advise you by email as soon as it is received. Mail or courier to:

Pay Pal
The fastest, easiest way for you to pay by credit card is through PayPal. If you would like to use this method, just advise us and we will generate a billing through the PayPal system. Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and E-checks.
Credit Card by Fax
If you prefer this method we will email a form for you to complete and return to us by Fax. We will request your credit card type, name as shown on the card, card number and expiration date . This form can then be faxed to our Fiji office: (679) 672-5064. (679) is the Fiji country code; there are no ‘area codes’ in Fiji. Upon receipt of the form we will process the transaction and advise you. Visa and Master Card only.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation policies differ between the resorts and other suppliers and we will be happy to advise details once your resort(s) selection has been finalized. Generally, cancellations at least 45 days before arrival will not be subject to charges but there can be exceptions. If a booking is cancelled for bone fide medical reasons, most resorts will take this factor into consideration. Clients are also subject to credit card company charges for processing refunds (4%) and I mpulse will also withhold a US$100 fee per person as a Service Charge.
For cancellations made after Impulse has submitted final pricing to clients and received partial or full payment, the company reserves the right to assess a Service Fee of up to US$150.00 per person included in the itinerary plus credit card company charges for processing refunds. unless the cancellation is for a bona fide and substantiated medical reason.
Unless arranged and paid for through Impulse Fiji, package extensions, upgrades and other expenses incurred by clients while in Fiji are to be settled directly with the various service providers.
Impulse Fiji acts only as sales agent for suppliers included in its programs and accepts no responsibility for acts of negligence or omission by these suppliers or for other arrangements that may be agreed upon between suppliers and clients directly.
